• Plan once enrolled cannot be extended beyond the selected end date under any circumstances. Kindly ensure you complete the program within the allotted duration.
• In unavoidable circumstances, the plan may be placed on hold only with prior approval from our team and must be resumed within the validity period.
• Any abusive language, misconduct, or disrespect towards team members may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.
